Sixth Sense Picks
Privacy Policy
Sixth Sense Picks is a lottery-number selection and results-comparison app based on an Associative Remote Viewing-inspired drawing exercise. This policy describes the behavior of the current app. It does not describe planned features as though they already exist.
Information stored on your device
Sixth Sense Picks stores app-owned information locally on your device using Apple's UserDefaults storage. This includes:
- completed lottery selections and generated picks;
- game and draw dates, generated symbol sets, your drawn stroke data, symbol matches, and selected numbers;
- result and history information, including winning numbers, hit counts, status, and whether results came from the live or development-only mock source;
- local profile and preference-style values, including the app's placeholder username, an app-generated identifier, displayed tier, and remaining-draw count.
The current app has no user account system. Its profile values are local placeholders and are not login credentials.
An unfinished drawing session is held in memory while the app is running. Completed session data is saved as part of the pick history.
Network requests
The app requests public Powerball and Mega Millions draw results from the New York State Open Data service at data.ny.gov over HTTPS. Requests include the lottery game and draw-date query needed to retrieve a result. A deployment may also include an app-level NY Open Data token in the request header; this is not a user's account credential.
As with ordinary internet communication, the external service and network infrastructure may process technical metadata such as IP address, request time, and transport information. Quantum Information Consulting does not operate data.ny.gov, and the app does not send your drawings, picks, local profile values, contacts, location, payment information, or device advertising identifiers with those result requests.
The app records limited operational messages through Apple's unified logging system, such as the requested game/date and network error descriptions. The current app does not send those logs to a developer-operated analytics or telemetry service.
Information the current app does not collect
Quantum Information Consulting does not currently operate an app backend that receives or stores user data from Sixth Sense Picks. The current app does not collect or transmit to Quantum Information Consulting:
- analytics or advertising data;
- information used for tracking or cross-app tracking;
- precise or approximate location;
- contacts;
- health or fitness data;
- payment-card or other payment data;
- login credentials or backend account information;
- a user's email address or real name;
- drawings, lottery selections, or locally stored history.
The app contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, does not display third-party advertising, and does not provide cloud synchronization.
Sharing and sale
Quantum Information Consulting does not sell user data and does not share locally stored app content with third parties. The app communicates with data.ny.gov only to request public lottery results as described above. Apple and the NY Open Data service may process information under their own terms when providing their platforms and services.
Retention and deletion
Completed picks, drawings, result history, and local profile values remain in the app's local storage until the app's data is removed from the device. The current app does not provide a complete in-app clear-history or erase-all-data control. Account, login, logout, and subscription controls are not included in the current beta interface.
To fully delete data stored by Sixth Sense Picks, delete the app and its app data from the device. Device backup or restore behavior is controlled by Apple and the user's device settings. A future in-app clear-history control may be considered as a product enhancement, but it is not a current feature.
Security
The app uses HTTPS for lottery-result requests and relies on Apple's application sandbox and platform storage protections for locally stored data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and this policy does not guarantee absolute security.
Children
Sixth Sense Picks is a lottery-adjacent entertainment application and is not directed to children. The current app does not knowingly collect personal information from children through a developer-operated service. Parents and guardians should decide whether the app's subject matter is appropriate for a child in their care.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the app's features, data practices, service providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date and last-updated date above will be revised when the controlled policy changes. Material changes should also be reflected in the app and its store disclosures as appropriate.
